How does the free tier work?
Your first 3 active clients are free. You only start paying once you take on a 4th.
What counts as an active client?
An active client is anyone you’re currently working with. To free a slot you archive a client. An archived client is frozen for new activity: they leave your active roster, their recurring forms pause, and they can’t be reactivated for 30 days. Nothing is deleted, though: they keep full read access to their records and can still message you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month to month, no contract. If you cancel, your records stay viewable and exportable.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. $29/month, plus sales tax where required, is all you pay us. If you collect payments from clients, that runs through your own Stripe account at their standard rates.
